To close your Wifi Guru account, send an email to [email protected] requesting closure of your account.
The email should include the following: –
- If you own an internet account, and you need it closed along with your user account, provide the account number. E.g WG12XX.
- If you can, briefly let us know why you are closing your account.
A customer support agent will get in touch with you within 48 hours to assist you with your request.
After closing your account, all your app data will be deleted and you will no longer be able to access our services.
However, you will be free to signup for a new account if you need to use our services again in future.
