Delete Your Account

You can request deletion of your WiFi Guru account and all associated personal data at any time. Requests are processed within 30 days.

How to request deletion

1. Send an email to the address below from the phone number or email linked to your account.
2. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
3. Include your registered phone number or billing reference (e.g. WG12345).
4. We will confirm receipt within 24 hours and complete deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted
